This roller is equipped with the renowned Changfa CF178(E) vertical single-cylinder four-stroke diesel engine as its power source. The engine supplies rated power of 3.68kW/4kW, with optional recoil hand pull start or electric start modes to adapt to different on-site operating habits. It features low fuel consumption, 3.5L fuel tank capacity for the engine, stable output and strong environmental adaptability, which can run continuously under harsh outdoor construction conditions.

The full hydraulic drive system adopts domestically well-known brand gear pump and hydraulic motor. The mature hydraulic transmission structure realizes smooth stepless travelling speed from 0 to 8 km/h, eliminates cumbersome mechanical shifting, greatly lowers operation difficulty for novice operators, and cuts routine maintenance cost for hydraulic parts.

Excellent Compaction Performance

With 450mm working width, 18KN excitation force and achievable compaction depth of 10-20cm, this machine delivers satisfying compaction effect on soil, gravel, asphalt and other materials. Its compact overall dimension (12006501400mm) enables flexible movement inside narrow trenches, sidewalks and residential construction zones where large roller trucks cannot enter. The whole machine weighs 400kg; moderate self-weight creates proper ground pressure, preventing over-compaction or insufficient compaction during construction.
